Prior to founding Sterrett Levin, she led high-impact initiatives at both startups and billion-dollar companies—including a pioneering smart irrigation venture that revealed unmet market needs and inspired the creation of Watermaven.

Julien brings deep expertise in fluid dynamics, spray behavior, advanced CFD simulations, and AI/ML data analytics to support Watermaven’s development of precision irrigation technology. With extensive experience in multiphase flow, atomization, and optical diagnostics, his guidance informs nozzle design, water dispersion strategies, hydropower systems, and system validation—ensuring performance, efficiency, and a strong foundation for product innovation and IP development.
